Passenger Wharves of the Split Port Extended with JCO1000H Cone Fenders
The Port of Split is the largest passenger port in Croatia. As of 2011, the Port of Split facilities are intended to be modernized to specialize in domestic and international passenger traffic. The passenger terminal is planned to be expanded within the framework of the second construction stage entailing two additional berths. The expansions of the two passenger terminals are aimed at achieving passenger transport capacity of 7 million passengers per year.
In view of the previous cooperation is very smooth and successful, we JIER won this project again based on our excellent product quality and rich experience. The project is to extension and the rehabilitation of the passenger wharves on the outer side of the breakwater in the city port of split. We JIER designed and supplied 47 sets of JCO1000H Cone Fenders equipped with frontal frame as well as plenty of Arch and D Type berthing and mooring fendering systems.
